The principal business of Mizura Sdn Bhd is civil construction and maintenance. Business is focused on building, infrastructure construction and maintenance. Due to the quality of work and good performance records, Mizura Sdn Bhd is also registered with the Ministry of Finance, Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) – Class “A”, Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB).
BUSINESS HISTORY
Mizura Sdn Bhd started business as Mizura Enterprise (Registration No. : 000970042P) in April 1994. The primary business focus then and the people behind the scene are the same. Due to the expansion in business, clients demand and license requirement Mizura Enterprise has upgrade to private limited company in 22 July 1996 as Mizura Sdn Bhd.
Responding to the future 2020 vision and middle class entrepreneurs’ requirement lifting, this Company from small but vast teamwork experience to the present diversified management.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES
MIZURA management shall ensure that SMART i.e. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely related quality objectives, established at relevant functional and levels within the Group, are consistent with the Quality Policy.

- Formulate medium and long term plans and setting targets to be achieved by the company.
- Identification of suitable business opportunities.
- Control the financial status of the company
- Establish work volume and profitability targets
- Ensure the Quality Management System is implemented as intended and that the required reviews are held.
- Responsible for the establishment and effective implementation of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Responsible for the final approval of the Quality Manual described in the QMS
- Ensure the safe, efficient and profitable operation of all project sites.
- Ensure that the required technical input is given during pre financial and program targets for the projects are being achieved and being correctly reported
- Provide planning and control system to ensure that financial and program targets for projects are being achieved and are being correctly reported
- Ensure that adequate support is provided to project sites from head office department
- Ensure the safe, efficient and profitable operation of all project sites
- Ensure that the requirement technical input is given during pre qualification, tendering and award stages of projects.
- The director shall be responsible to assist fir the approval, establishment and implementation of all quality related procedures.
